Is it possible to save parsley seed and other herb seeds. I have waited for the stems to dry and feel the seed may have fallen out before I got to them Ray O'B

ray - sure, you can save seed from herbs. Suggestion - if possible, try putting a paper bag over the drying seeds to catch them as they dry. Don't use plastic bags as it will tend to collect moisture which you don't want when drying seeds.
