Help needed identifying this plant. The leaves feel stiff and are waxy, but not super thick. Help appreciated! :)

Your Croton needs lots of diret sunlight to maintain its color. It is a bit over potted so be careful to allow the top inch of soil to dry before watering. Watch for spider mites.
