We cut down a 10 foot holly tree and ground the stump, but we have what looks like millions of little holly plants coming out in the surrounding area. You can't walk bare footed or even with sandals. HOW CAN WE GET RID OF THEM?

Don't know your location, how often it rains or if there are water restrictions but, either wait until after a good heavy rain or water the heck out of the area, then...wearing sturdy shoes and wearing gloves...pull out each little holly plants. The small plants should pull out easily when the ground is saturated. It may help to have a small weeding tool (I use a sturdy knife) to make the job easier. Good luck. Thumbs up
