I heard that planting tomatoes with garlic is very helpful in the garden. I am growing tomatoes in pots for the first time and so I put some garlic in with them. Will planting the tomatoes with the garlic make my tomatoes taste like garlic?
My mom is concerned that they will and so before I start looking for better companion plants I have been trying to search for an answer. Thank you

I frequently grow garlic all around my tomato plants and they have never impacted the flavor of the tomatoes in any way.
