Some of the adenium leaves have brownish bumps (blisters) along the central vein. Scale? Bugs? Normal? I don't see any other bugs moving on the leaves or caudex. I used mouthwash and q-tip and cleaned bother sides of the leaved. Whatever it is came off.

The brown bumps look like scale, but if it all came off, all is well.

It does seem like scale. I just do the same, cleaning them off with alcohol on qtips..I even add some tabasco sauce with the mixture, sometimes those scales are just so persistent! You may just have to remain vigilant and observe often if those nasties returns.
