A quick google search showed little but I did see one place that had it listed, but out of stock.

I'm pretty sure Superstition Iris Garden sells this variety but they don't have a website. You have to email them to place an order.

Silent Tears is an Arilbred. You could check with Superstition Iris Gardens. They had it at one time and may be able to help you. They are on facebook only but you can try calling too (209) 966-6277. They are in California so remember that is PST! Good luck!
