I have an orange tree that's about 5 feet tall and it has leaves every year but no blooms. I live in Louisiana and is this a good climate for orange trees. I doesn't it have blooms. Is it still to young? I grew from a seed. It is about 10 years old.

As Philip said, citrus grown from seed is often not successful. Either it never produces fruit or the fruit are not like the mother plant - or you can get lucky and have a great orange, which does not seem to be the case with this tree.
