What kind of plant is this? I've had it for over 4 years and I have been all over the internet trying to figure out what it is and I just simply cannot. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like a Croton that has lost its color. Break off a leaf, if you notice a white milky sap (do not get in your eyes) its a Croton.
What type of light conditions is it growing in?
