I have a avocado tree that is nearly a year old. It is pretty small; I had to cut it down a little bit due to our lack of sun in WA state. It was a brutal wet winter here. I keep my tree inside with a light right under. I had to transplant it back into a mason jar to ensure it had plenty of water with the last few no the since I noticed the leaves falling off. I noticed the roots started to grow a white foamy like substance all over. I thought it was rotting or had some kind of fungis but I also heard those could be roots that are trying to sprout. A picture is attached to message. What are those white foamy looking things? Thanks!
