Hi All,
Could you pls advise What could be going wrong with my Ascot Rainbows and Silv. Swan.

This bushes has been planted on 02/01/2017
Few days ago (20/03/2017) the bushes were absolutely OK but now The leave are dropped and look down.
I've attached 3 photos where 1st one the bush in a good condition
2nd -all leave change the colour from green to red (Note: today 02/04/17 - the image of Rainbow is worse)

It looks like transplant shock. It is normal they color up red and green with sun and time. The leaves will get stiff and tall as it ages. Just water it once a week if ot does not rain that week

These are water needs on my zone. I do not know where you live or zone.

Doubt it's transplant shock, they were planted in Jan., 3 months ago.

Maybe too much water and the mulch too close, holding in too much moisture. They need fast-draining soils and are drought tolerant.

It looks logical to me. However 3 of the bushes are OK
