Thank you Karen. I read some where recently that leaf bearing cacti -- Pereskia, Pereskiopsis & Quiabentia -- have been de-listed by CITES and thus can be shipped to any country by any grower. Are you aware of that Karen? We may have to conduct more research.

I was not aware of that. I haven't followed CITES since we left the Marshall Islands and I quit worrying about importing and exporting seashells.

I would love to buy some of these leaf bearing cacti. Do you know a responsible grower?

You are simply going to have stop by here the next time you are in Arizona. I have several Pereskias you are welcome to. I don't think I have any Perskiopsis or Quiabentias left, but I think I can scout some up from local enthusiasts.
