No matter how small, the first post reads. So...
... third row from left, this is supposed to be parsley.

Still near-freezing at night in the forecasts for next week so who knows what will come of it.

Yep--even here it's supposed to get down to almost freezing on Saturday and Sunday nights. I think we are experiencing payback for the unusually warm temps we had 4-6 weeks ago. In addition to the cool temps, we're drowning in rain here. Last weekend 5-6" and another 2-4" expected this weekend (in addition to what has fallen during the week). Lots of flooding in our area.

WOW, there are some great garden ideas! Here is my little area. I have two rowed sections. Each section has 4 - 25 foot rows. The first section is my tomato section (yea, I'm a tomato nut, what can I say HAHA). The second section I currently have onions (which are getting ready to come out) green beans, cucumbers, and Brussel spouts - peppers will be going in soon and corn after the onions have been harvested.

In between my two rows are my watermelon and cantaloupe circles, which I don't have a picture for, sorry.

Hi Dan! Welcome to NGA!

Is the thing next to the hoses really a bathroom sink?
Do you wash veggies in it before bringing them inside?

I love your "Free Weeds; Pull Your Own" sign!

Almost as good as the sign on the shade over the chicken-wire-fenced asparagus patch that someone posted:

"This is the Awning of the Cage of Asparagus."

Someone else left a photo of a roadside sign:
"It's Spring, and we're so excited that we wet our plants!"

But my favorite was not garden-related. An Italian restaurant put up a huge billboard with their address and:

"LEGALIZE MARINARA!"

Yes that is a sink, but not a bathroom sink. Tractor supply had that puppy on sale for $10 and i scooped it up. I used pallet wood to make the frame. Yes I wash the veggies off in it out side, but of course the wife has to re-wash them once i get them inside HAHA. I still have some plants in pots, which i water there as well. I use the bucket underneath to collect the water to re-use and so I don't get the H2O Police after me LOL.

Week 5:
This is my first tomato that's almost ripe. It's a red alert. About the size of a jawbreaker.

This was supposed to be a watermelon, but turns out to be squash. Maybe crookneck?

And, these are my first Cayenne peppers

Cool, not having to bend over while you wash them.

I drive my significant other crazy by washing dishes BEFORE putting them into the dishwasher. I had no good reason until Sheldon from Big Bang Theory gave me one: we don't trust the dishwasher to get them clean.

Well, since I don't have any crookneck squash, I was glad to get it. Have plenty of watermelons, cantaloupe, honeydew, muskmelon, etc
