I remember seeing a thread a few weeks ago where everyone listed their most prolific sempervivums... I keep scrolling through threads, but it's very distracting with all the other interesting posts. I was wondering if a mod could link me if they know the thread I'm talking about. It would save me lots of time! Thanks
Ryan Thank You! Smiling

Thanks for finding those, Chad. They were all new to me, and I've made a list of them. I do have some of the prolific ones, and can tell that they deserve to be on the list! My Kalinda, and my Red beauty are going to town, far surpassing the rest of my new semps.

Glad to help Lynn! It gave me something to do in between my walk arounds in the classroom as kids are testing. You can only stand over their shoulder for to long and walk around the room so much before you have to take a break. Now I think I'll go out and grab me some lunch..... Sticking tongue out

I'm a special education teacher and I mostly work with 4th and 5th graders in the areas of reading and math. This is my 5th year and it's close to winding down. Smiling

Wonderful. Congratulations! We certainly need more good teachers in all fields. I just wish that school districts would have better pay for teachers. Some states are ridiculously low for what is such an important job.

Oklahoma isn't far from the bottom when it comes to teacher pay. However, I will say that's not why I went into this field. In the end, it would just be nice to see a raise for teachers and everyone like some of the legislators think they're entitled to. They make more than I do in their four months of service than I make in a year. Our state continues to face budget problems and I'm afraid our schools will be cut even more next year. I don't know what else can be eliminated but they keep finding things to cut every month to try and fix what seems to be a major issue.

I'm just happy there are still good teachers willing to stick with it in cases with very low pay and hard conditions. I have a lot of teacher friends, and every one of them spends a lot of money out of their own pockets to make sure their students have what they need.

Arizona and NM don't spend much on schools. It's just sad. Sighing!
