Why does my Tam Jalapeno plant make flowers but no Jalapenoes in south Louisiana....?

Sometimes the earliest flowers don't set fruit; if you want to feel like you're doing something about it, you could try using a small paintbrush to transfer some pollen between flowers, but mostly just be patient -- soon you'll probably be seeing all kinds of little jalapenos forming! Smiling
