I have a similar plant and do not know what it is either. I am still hoping someone will come up with an ID.

NC, looks like you got this pic from the Sedum database identifying the sedum as a type of Sedum sarmentosum, Stringy Stonecrop.

Thank you, webesemps! I used to have this in my garden before I moved a couple of years ago. Since then, I haven't been able to find it in stores. Now, at least, I have the name, so hopefully I can order seeds online.
