Hi & welcome! Interesting looking plant. If it has white sap inside, it looks like a Euphorbia. If not, I would think it's some kind of Senecio/Kleinia.

I was leaning in that direction (not Euphorbia, the other direction) but I sure don't know what it could be.

Has it bloomed?
