No, sorry. Some are hardier than others so where you are might give a clue, also some of the newer ones derived from H. macrophylla can flower on both old and new wood instead of just the previous year's, so knowing that might help narrow it down but other than that I can't be much help. You could try also asking on the specific Hydrangea Forum:
