Don't know what kind of plant this is. Think it's a palm plant. It's been having a wierd growth I've never seen before and I've had this plant for around 11 years. Some of the growth is greenish white then the other one was white but it turned a bit brown and the little balls are kind of hard. Just touched it a bit ago and one of the brownish balls just came right off. Been looking everywhere online for an answer but to no avail.

The pictures are too dark go be sure but it looks like it's blooming. Parlor Palm would be my guess about what it is. Can you get brighter, clearer pictures?

It looks like a Parlor Palm (Chamaedorea elegans) and that is indeed a bloom stalk.

Yes, a bloom. Seeds can only form if pollination occurs. For pollination to occur, assuming it is a Chamaedorea, there must be both male & female plants blooming at the same time, and transfer of pollen from the male to the female.

Agreed. Looks like the pot has 2 trees. If they are not the same sex, pollination & seeds are possible if they bloom simultaneously and there is transfer of pollen from male bloom to female bloom.
