Could someone tell me how to get the raffle not a raffle announcement to pop up on my home page. The only why I find out about it is in the newsletter.

Julia, you need to customize your homepage to add "Recent Ideas", at least that is how it works for me.

or you can check Not-a-Raffles-Raffles under the Community menu

I thought you got rid of the weekly newsletter, since I haven't received it for a very long time. It's been in my preferences page to email me.

I read it by scrolling to the bottom of the page, find newsletter and read. Seems like I get a reminder some place, maybe E-mail

@Marilyn, newsletters have never stopped coming to emails, if you aren't getting it, check your spam folder but it's possibly your ISP blocking it. It happens sometimes. Dave will be able to tell you.

I have only gotten one in the past 2 or 3 months. They haven't gone to my spam. I always check that.

DH stated they aren't going in to our spam folder. I've been wondering why for many, many months why I wasn't getting them every week anymore. I thought Dave wasn't sending them out anymore, since they quit coming.

Marilyn, the newsletter that was sent on December 17th bounced back to us as undeliverable, so the system stopped sending it to you.

I'll mark your account to go back into normal sending mode and you'll get the next newsletter.

Could you check mine, @dave? I have gotten one or two recently, but not most weeks.

Can't understand why it bounced back as undeliverable. That's pretty upsetting, since I've missed out on all those weekly newsletter.

Your newsletter was successfully sent to your TWC.com email address on April 30th at 9:18:33am UTC. (That's 5:18am ET). The mail server at cdptpa-pub-iedge-vip.email.rr.com accepted the mail with a stat code of Sent (OK FB/81-07719-8EBA5095).

Final delivery of your newsletter was the responsibility of your ISP at that point. If it is not in your spam folder, check with the support desk of your ISP.

@DAVE, could you check on mine? I didn't get it again. If it's the ISP we'll need to talk to them.

Karen I see no record of it going out to you, but I do see that you are subscribed to the newsletter.

When did you subscribe? Have you recently updated your subscription options? And, have you changed your email address recently?

Hi Dave, I subscribed as soon as I saw you had a newsletter. Think it was 2015. I haven't updated anything, and haven't changed emails.
Love that new profile pic!

I will have to look further into it then. I'll let you know what I find out!
