I just noticed the berries yesterday while working in the yard. I haven't seen them before. Can anyone tell me what kind of plant this is and whether or not the grape looking berries are poisonous?

Perthshire. SCOTLAND. UK
Garden Photography Region: United Kingdom Plant Identifier
It is Elaeagnus.
Maybe Elaeagnus x ebbingei.
Edit to add link for berry...
