I found this plant. Looks like some type of tree. It has these little bulbs on them as seen in the picture. Does anyone know what it is??

Maybe a tulip tree. Where is it located?

The branching structure and buds remind me of one of the Michelia shrubs shrubs.. Given that it's in a Monrovia nursery container, they list two that are possibilities. Michelia figo, and 'Fairy Magnolia Blush'. Many of the Michelias have been re classed as Magnolias, and there are other possibilities, but see what the flowers look like.. the buds are those fuzzy brownish "bulbs"
When counting, try not to mix chickens with blessings.

I agree with Magnolia species, and was thinking Magnolia (Michelia) figo as well.
