What USDA zone are you in?
Do you grow any flowering plants that attract pollinators?

Concur with Phillip.some folks give the whole plant a shake, but a flick of the blossom cluster is all thats necessary. tomatoes are self pollinating.

Welcome to NGA, @Miamiamjm .

Just guessing from your user name -- but if you are in Miami maybe it is already hot enough to prevent the flowers from setting fruit? Tomato plants do tend to shut down in very hot weather.
