This photo seems to have quite different leaves than the rest of the photos of s. baicalensis. I wonder if it isn't one of the other cultivars.
More costumes, less uniforms!

Well Lauri, I started it from purchased seed years ago. It would not be the first time I have miss-identified goods, and checking other photos online it does appear different. I'll remove both of my photos from the file, thanks for the heads up. BTW way, I presume you meant species rather than cultivar?
