Is it ok to water wave petunias and snapdragons using Epsom salts?
Actually, are there any specific plants (flowers or vegetables) that one
must not use Epsom salts on?

Epsom salts (magnesium sulphate) should not harm plants, but do they really need this chemical? I think a liquid fertilizer formulated for flowering plants would be better for your petunias & snapdragons.
