I have 3 gerbera daisy in my room under artificial light, the flowers were starting to look drab so I deadheaded them. Will they rebloom under artificial light? If so approx how long till they do?

In spring here, Gerberas will bloom in succession for a couple of months. They get morning sun and afternoon shade in my garden. No idea if your artificial lights will be enough to stimulate new blooms, though. You'll just have to wait and see.

Once they stop putting up blooms, is there anywhere outside that you could plant them for the summer? You could just "sink" the pots into the dirt, somewhere there are sprinklers.

Yep, they need to be indoors until it's in the 50's at night.

I had a few of them last summer, They were in pots, they are very thirsty plants but if kept happy they will bloom on and off for summer.

Mine do fine when its 40 or under, it makes the color more intense. I too would put it out, but watch the sun at first, not sure where you are. . As above, mine bloom all summer. They do love their water. One of my favorite flowers.

I've had a couple in pots on my deck and patio for the past two years, morning sun, afternoon shade. They stay out year round and we get some cold frost nights through the winter. Tougher than I thought.

One thing to think about is that you need to be more careful of cold temperatures when they go straight outside from indoors. When they have been outdoors all summer they gradually acquire more cold tolerance as it gets colder in fall. The ability of plants to withstand the minimum they can tolerate varies throughout the year and needs to be re-acquired every fall.
