My iris season has begun! Last year my first bloom was about a week ago so fairly close. I'm hoping after these two days of rain I will see many more bloom stalks pop up since the weather should be really nice.

First is MDB Spring Beacon. It's small and cute. A great way to start! I got it last year as a bonus but I'm not sure where from.

I can't wait either! These pictures were taken on my phone since it was raining and I didn't want to miss getting a shot, but I'm going to take the rest with my Nikon so they should look nicer.

When it is raining we do what we must to get a photo as it may be our last chance.

I could use that nubrella too! Now that is a useful item. The neighborhood already thinks I am crazy with my picture taking, so now I could certify my craziness shooting in the rain!
