| It ends at 3:30--to 4 pm or when sold out. Not as many plants this year as the people from Maine could not come. We sent our plants on ahead as it looked like rain, but it seems not, so we will be able to go & help. Membership table open--hint, hint. Only $5 a year. Auction of new plants for members Aug. 6. |

I'm very sad that I missed the sale today. I didn't get back from my vacation in time  . I would like to attend the members sale though!Here are pictures of Cinderella's Secret as promised. Also, I was shocked when I took a look around the garden this evening and saw bloom stalks on Storm Brewing and Jazz Band  Shade  A bit sunnier   The pictures don't do it justice! Lastly, I know these are not irises, but how cool are these triple daylilies   |

| Someone suggested it might be H. 'Kwanso', which I think is also sold as H. Flore pleno? (I'm not into daylilies, so haven't got a clue, but I believe we have some daylily savvy people on the iris forum?  )You don't know if it will grow until you try! |

| Yes, the daylily is hemerocallis fulva Kwanso - Hemerocallis fulva, which we also have, is the same but single although the DB entry (I think it may need correcting) has photos of some kind of pink daylily. We grow quite a lot of daylilies - useful because they start blooming once the main iris season is over (and they're easy to grow!) |

Oh no - I was sure I had ordered Cinderella's Secret - which I agree is - but it's not in my plant list...  Now that is something I definitely have to correct at the earliest opportunity! Gorgeous photos, Liz!  |
