Plant ID forum: This wild vegetable near the Netherlands and Germany

Hi everyone! I'm new to this forum and I would like to know the name of this vegetable. My parents gathered these in a forest in the Netherlands near water. We have relatives in Germany who also gather these.

Allium ursinum – known as ramsons, buckrams, wild garlic, broad-leaved garlic, wood garlic, bear leek, or bear's garlic
