I have a large sprawling dogwood growing at the northeast corner of the house. We have pruned it back drastically, but it is just too large, and of course, keeps getting bigger! I would like to replace it with a flowering bush that would grow about 5'h x 3-4'w. It gets a few hours of morning sun. Any ideas?

Hi pat_truax
Please tell us what part of the world you are gardening in, and your climate Zone if you know it. Also, what kind of soil do you have (heavy or light, acid or alkaline)? This will help us to figure out what shrubs you can grow successfully.
