We just moved to a new house in Northern California and this tree is in our backyard. Does anyone have any tip of what type of tree this is? We are calling it 'Cousin It' tree for now. : )

Looks like a weeping Cherry.
Prunus sp.
You will need to wait until spring 2018 to see the gorgeous blossom.
