Epiphyllums forum: Can anyone identify this succlent?

I'm posting only one of them, but we have three of them, one is red, one is magenta and one is reddish orange. Some of the 'stems' would be a 'Y' if cut in cross section, and some would be a '+'.

It looks like an epiphyllum of some sort.
