Plant ID forum: Can anyone id this fern; at least I THINK it's a fern ;--)

Found this growing on a damp rock face in Pennsylvania. Fast look through a fern book didn't help at all....So hoping you all can tell me what it is. Thanks

It looks to me like Yarrow.

No, I know what yarrow looks like and smells like and this may be its first cousin but it's not it...unfortunately

Well, it sure is pretty whatever it is. I couldn't find anything other than Achillea with leaves that match but my eyes aren't the greatest when it comes to comparing photos. Hopefully you will see blooms before long, which will help with a more exact ID.
