I've had this San Pedro cactus for years. Always meant to get around to planting but never did. It's too tall now, that's besides the point. Last year something popped up at the base of it. At first I suspected it may be a baby Pedro. Now that it's grown a bit, I'm fairly certain I was mistaken. It's a sort of cacti. Flat, hairy near the bottom. (Never mind the Mother Of A Million plant, I can seem to get rid of that -it's everywhere!)
Does anyone recognize this little guy? The photo clearly shows the difference between the two. I'm stumped.
