Help. Amateur plant guy here. I've had this guy for years and he's always been a healthy happy plant. I water once a week in a well draining pot, he's in a bright area with indirect light. He is actively producing new leaves but they are turning and falling off as fast as they grow. Thanks much in advance!

Have you recently re-potted the plant? or have you changed the location of the plant?
Maybe too much water and not enough light.

Are you able to add a pic of the whole plant?
