|Help. Amateur plant guy here. I've had this guy for years and he's always been a healthy happy plant. I water once a week in a well draining pot, he's in a bright area with indirect light. He is actively producing new leaves but they are turning and falling off as fast as they grow. Thanks much in advance!

|Have you recently re-potted the plant? or have you changed the location of the plant?
Maybe too much water and not enough light.
