Thanks so much!

I think 4 may be Huernia schneideriana! I forgot I had had it previously identified.

My guesses
#1 African Milk Tree (Euphorbia trigona) ?
#2 Madagascar Dragon Tree (Dracaena marginata)
#3 Aluminum Plant (Pilea cadierei)
#4 Huernia (Ceropegia 'Red Dragon Flower') or Pickle Plant (Kleinia stapeliiformis)
#5 ?

#5 really is a Hoodia. Here is one I am attempting to root from a cutting:

And this is Huernia zebrina:

#4 could be Huernia schneideriana. You will know when it blooms.

The last one you added is a Stapeliad but you will have to wait for flowers to get any better ID.

To repeat what Daisy said, there is no way to really be sure about the identification of most stapeliads (last 3 plants) until they flower. Otherwise they tend to look rather similar, easily misidentified.

They have all flowered before. I forgot I had posted them in previous posts and had them identified while they had flowered.
