Plant ID forum: Yaupon Holly? or...?

Welcome to the neglected and shady half of my front yard, where all manner of weirdness grows. The shape of this thing is unkempt and a little crazy, as you can see. I keep pulling up little seedlings, so it seems to be potentially invasive..although this has remained the only full-grown specimen. The babies are definitely seedlings, not suckers. I'm pretty sure I planted what I thought was a yaupon holly here years ago, but like I said, this whole area has been neglected and has become a little forest of grotesque mystery plants.

No Yaupon. Looks more like Privet to me.
