I had this listed as Silene asterias but as you can see it has very doubled flowers all along the flower stem. I don't see anything in the database that looks like this one. I see on line one called 'flore-pleno' but there are not enough good photos out there. Hoping someone will recognize it. I tip my hat to you.

Lychnis viscaria Splendens Plena.... fits both the flowers and leaves.
Other common names
German catchfly 'Splendens Plena'
