Will 10000k be able to grow foliage plants? I have 2 spare led lights from my aquarium that i wanted to use. They will no be supplementary, but the sole lighting for the plants. Prayer plants, spider plants, ferns. Thanks

10,000k together? That's a good start but LED lights produce fewer lumens per watt than the T5's and other florescent lighting. You may discover that you have to put the lights really close to the plants to give them enough light.
Using LED lights for the sole light source could prove inefficient for your lighting needs. The best option is to try the lights and see what you think.

A quick test: Put your hand under the lights at plant height. If the shadow of your hand is well defined, you have bright light. If the shadow is fuzzy, you have intermediate light. If the shadow is gone, you have shade.
