MY Miss Kim is about 7 years old and has bloomed prolifically every year and esp last year.
This year, It has lots of blooms but only about 1 inch long and the leaves are small and sparse. I don't see anything diseased on it.

don't know if it wore itself out last year, or possible a late frost nipped it. How can I rejuvenate it?
Or is it lacking in something?

To answer your questions, we will need to see your plant. No need to invite us all over, a couple photos will do. Smiling

Also, can you let us know where in the world your plant is growing? Is it in a pot or in the ground? Do you fertilize it?

How does it compare to the rest of the lilacs in your neighborhood?
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and proclaiming...."WOW What a Ride!!" -Mark Frost
