Is my succulent sick? It keeps growing but the bottom is droopy. I don't know if I'm over watering it or under watering or if that's what it's supposed to look like. The leaves don't feel moist so I don't think I'm over watering it.

It's stretched from low light, whatever it is. On a normal specimen, the leaf tips would point up, and be much closer together on the stem. Possible Echeveria:

Hello Dayna61, it wants more light as suggested, try to position nearer a south facing window or slowly outdoors in part sun to acclimate. Does that container have drainage holes? I would also suggest to make the media a bit more grittier, by adding some more pumice or perlite.
