Good evening.. i have a 15 year old Magnolia Tree, lately all the leaves are brown on the bottom and spotted black and light gray on the tops of the leaves. No dead lems, or rotting bark no bubbling or any evidence of insect's. Can anyone plaese help me??

Not knowing your location I can't be more spesific than this...
Every year the large-flowering Magnolias here in the Savannah, Georgia area get some kind of spotty disease and the leaves fall off...a lot.

Someone will no doubt be along soon with more information. Thumbs up
