Can some one identify this flower and has a Lovely smell of Jasmine when I cut the flower branch a milky white sticky liquid was woozing.

It might be a Gardenia jasminoides; they have a lovely scent. Thumbs up

My wife had a look at the flower and said that she thinks it is what she knows as "Chameli" there a was milky sticky exudate from cut wound.

Looks like Spanish Jasmine Jasminum grandiflorum, also called Chameli
