Hi. A tree I planted last fall never budded. The company wants me to return the actual 3 foot tall tree with foot long roots. They said USPS could help, but seriously? Take a tree into the post office for packaging? Does anyone send these and know what I could use? Thank you!!

Hi Becci, a golf bag box, they have them at Fed Ex, I used them to pack bookshelves last year when I moved.

Your photos should be enough. I hope you don't deal with this company again.
