Plant ID forum: Weed or flower?

I would really appreciate if someone could let me know if that abundance of greenery are weeds or potential flowers?

The leaves, with those little rounded "ears" at the base, look a lot like winter cress (Barbarea vulgaris) - a weed - but you might want to wait until it flowers to get a sure ID.

Looks like black eyed susans to me.
Compare with rudbeckia triloba.

My first guess was rudbeckia triloba as well because it's growing close by. The two are definitely different. The leaves feel more delicate to touch. Might have to wait and see. Thanks for your help! @JuneOntario @stone Thank You!
