Where are you located (or where is the plant located)? It's hard to pinpoint an ID from the pics. It resembles several different plants I can think of, but each has very different climate requirements, so location may help narrow that down. Or did you get this plant as a houseplant?

It slightly reminds me of a Coprosma cultivar, or could it be an Iresine ?

My first thought was maybe Iresine but it's very, very difficult to tell from the photos because I can't see the leaves clearly. The shape of the leaves also remind me of Polyscias but the plant in question appears to have dark maroon leaves. For comparison:

but now it's 90 % resine herbsti after checking it's pics ... thx alot ^^ !

I've never grown Bloodleaf (Iresine diffusa f. herbstii) so I can't offer advice on what conditions it might like but hopefully others who grow it will be along with suggestions.

Iresine is very easy to grow in part sun to shade. The color is more intense in shade. Not picky about soil or water. Easy to start from cuttings.
