I'm not sure what this plant is can anyone identify this plant for me I inherited it from a friend it was planted with a Gerber daisy

Common Periwinkle (Vinca minor 'Ralph Shugert')

something like this, yours may be a different variety, but some kind of vinca. it gets little blue/lavender flowers.

Yes, Sue said, could not find that in the database for some reason. But that is what it is. It is winter hardy for me in zone 5.

Paul it is a pretty aggressive ground cover. I have a patch of it planted in a corner it is great to use in hanging baskets and window boxes. I would be a bit careful where you plant it unless you want a ground cover. It spreads by runners
