jinksuk - I've been reading about comfrey tea. It's supposed to add nitrogen and potassium. How much in a diluted tea is questionable. Anaerobic vs aerobic brewing? I guess it would depend on the size of your lawn, how often you want to do this, best application method. I've been tempted to try it myself but haven't got there yet. I would use it more on garden beds than lawn.
