Hi everyone. I am new to the site and new to Epis. I recently was on a trip and visited the Epi house at the Safari Park in San Diego....and we got hooked. We bought a few cuttings and are looking forward to seeing the results in a couple of years.

Im sure i will have a lot of questions in the meantime but i just wanted to say hello. Thanks.

Hello FDdragon! Welcome! Yes, those buds are rather sensitive to changes in temps and light. I get excited when they start forming them, but I just wait if it can really manage it, often times, some will frustratingly blast.

But they are fun to grow, especially when a bloom actually makes it..such a lovely reward for the long wait for beauty to come out. Smiling

Thanks! Yes, these look amazing when they do eventually bloom. I have several cutting and two full plants...and im already getting addicted. Ha ha.
Mostly because i know what the end result will be. :)
We are looking forward to this journey.
