How tall or shall I say short can I make a trellis for 2 wisterias? In the photo, I have placed them in the location I would like them. If you look in between the home and barn, there is a gray House where a sex offender lives who enjoys hanging out while we enjoy our hot tub. I would prefer it to only go about 3-4' high as I would still likely view from window as well. Close by is a tile for the drains, will that pose a problem? Any tips tricks and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Wisteria is a powerful vine. I think you will need much stronger supports, although, if you keep trimming it back, it should become self-supporting. I think you can keep it to whatever height you wish.

If you are planting Chinese wisteria... It doesn't much matter.
They take a ton of cutting, and the common wisdom, is they ALWAYS come back.
If you are sure that you are up to the challenge of keeping it pruned... There it is... Or... Here, read this:
