I fear that I have come to the wrong group for support with overcoming this addiction! Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing

It is so bad that I have gone to extremes to find a co-worker to work a few hours tomorrow morning so that I can go to the annual daylily sale with the CTdaylily society!!!

I have my list of must haves' and might haves' and wouldn't mind having!!!

I really must stop!!! But I can't, so I'll leave work for a couple of hours and pray that it doesn't rain too much and that I get a few more to add to my ever growing collection!!! Whistling Whistling

Heidi, good luck and I'll echo what everyone else has already said. As for me, I take a couple hours of sick time every 4th Tuesday of the month to go to my local Daylily Club Meeting. It's a real sickness I tell ya, and highly contagious.

So, what did you get? We really lucked out with the rain (I'll refrain from complaining about the cold). I have a kiddie pool full of soaking plants right now. Hopefully tomorrow will be good planting weather! 😃

Heidi is happy** (Gary is going to send this to me now that he realized that I was the person looking for it last year and that Charmaine had put me in touch with him.)

I got 5 of the 7 that I came looking for. Sadly, Arrogant Bastard and h. Citrina were gone by 10:00!! Vanilla Gorilla is a Huben hybrid and I like his stuff so I bit the bullet and got it....my most expensive purchase.

Then I was talking to two other people about how I was looking for tall ones and that I like bud builders and that is how I ended up with Genesta. 😂

In addition I got the following as bonuses :
betwixt
little dandy
Ice carnival

So glad Gary caught up with you and he will be sending Heidi is Happy.
Vanilla Gorilla is fabulous. Thumbs up A tall, extra large UF, it's definitely different from Mike's normal line of rebloomers like Early and Often and Delicate Lace.

Well, crap. I was going to bring citrina, but I just started a new job and got overwhelmed and figured most people wouldn't be after a species. Sorry! If you are ever in the Avon area, I can totally dig you a clump for free, Heidi. Mine is huge. I've got some hakunensis I'm happy to share, too, if you're looking for species dl's. I think they're great to have if even just to compare to modern ones. On another note I also picked up Vanilla Gorilla, which I've been coveting for a long time-- so excited to play with that one!

Kim thank you for the offer. I will try to let you know when I'm going to make it to a meeting and then get it from you then. Smiling
